You may not be suitable if you have:
• Ongoing eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis in the brow area
• History of keloid scarring
• Blood-thinning medications or bleeding disorders
• Allergies to lidocaine or numbing creams
• Botox or fillers within the last 2–3 weeks
• Are currently on Roaccutane (must wait 12 months after stopping)

Booking Fee
A £50 booking fee secures your appointment.
This fee is non-refundable, but it will transfer to a new date if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or date changes made under 48 hours will forfeit the booking fee.

Please arrive on time.
Being 15+ minutes late may shorten your treatment or result in a cancellation if not enough time remains.

There are no refunds after treatments.

If you arrive with a condition that makes treatment unsafe (e.g., sunburn, active acne, infection), I may not proceed, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
